Orders are shipped to U.S. destinations via UPS due to their excellent customer service, tracking system, and good rates.

The U.S. Postal Service is used for most orders going outside of the continental United States to provide less expensive shipping costs and ease through customs.

Orders to U.S. Military FPO/APO addresses ship via the US Postal Service.

Metal-Free and Body Detox are perishable and heat sensitive products. UPS does not use climate controlled shipping, so orders must be shipped "Next Day Air" during warm months (May - October) and can be shipped "2nd Day Air" during cool months (November - April), to preserve product integrity.

Metal-Free and Body Detox Next Day orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Thursday are shipped the following Monday to ensure the product is kept out of the heat and not sitting in a hot UPS truck over the weekend.
