Q. What if I want to go fast?

A. This point bears repeating. The best detoxification is a GRADUAL one.

If one experiences negative effects, feels sicker, or is experiencing flu like symptoms, the detoxification is going too fast. Back off on the Body Detox to the point where one was last doing well, and stay at that number of sprays for a few days.

Make sure that you are having AT LEAST daily bowel movements, and that you are drinking enough pure water. Once you are feeling better, slowly increase the number of sprays of Body Detox.

Sometimes when a person is doing the detoxification program, toxins flow out faster than their body can get rid of them. Some people need what we call "drainage remedies". These are herbal homeopathics that help the body to remove toxins from the liver, kidney and lymph systems. In this case, they may feel tired, achy, or experience flu-like symptoms. If this should occur, these things may be helpful:

1. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water so you have to urinate every 2-4 hours.

2. Make sure you have having bowel movements at least daily and preferably twice a day.

3. Add Lymphonest (for the lymph) 20 drops twice daily to increase lymph flow.

4. Add Hepatica (liver) 20 drops twice daily to increase bile flow.

Q. Will I get tired during the first few days of the cleanse?

A. You may, as your body is going through a lot of work to get rid of the stored toxins. Extra sleep or need for naps can be normal, and one should take advantage of it.

Q. Can I really eat unlimited fruits and vegetables?

A. Yes, in fact you need to eat to make sure you get enough calories and your blood sugar does not get too low. Try to eat at least 1 -2 pounds of fruit twice a day. For example, a couple of apples and a banana for breakfast. Vegetables may also be eaten so that you are not hungry. Try to eat as much organic fruits and vegetables as you can so you’re not adding more toxins to your body while you’re trying to get them out.

Q. I experienced some bumps on my face. Is this part of the cleanse?

A. The skin is a detoxification organ and sometimes rashes or bumps will appear if the pores get blocked up, or irritating chemicals or toxins are coming out through the skin. In this case, make sure the bowels and bladder are working well, and that one is getting enough pure water.

Sauna increases the skin detoxification so that can be helpful as well. Using a loofa brush can often be helpful in this situation to gently rub the skin and improve the circulation so these toxins can be released and washed away.

Q. One day I ate some crackers as I felt I was not having enough substantial food. Does this ruin the cleanse and do I need to start over?

A. No. Just try to stay on the diet as well as you can. Eating pure food is one of the important parts of the program, so try to maintain it at each meal.

Q. I did my normal weekend exercise and felt more fatigued than usual. Could this be because of the cleanse? When will my increased energy kick in?

A. Yes, if you are not trying to lose weight. If you are, avoid bananas.

Q. I am experiencing terrible body odor. Is this normal and what can I do about it?

A. Again, toxins are coming out. It’s a good sign. Shower often, continue the program and don’t use antiperspirants. They will suppress the toxins from coming out.
